Persons and vehicles are passed through the checkpoints on theKyrgyz-Kazakh section of the state border in the usual manner.

There are 7 automobile and 1 railway checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstate border:

Kaindy-Zheleznodorozhny, Chonkapka-Avtodorozhny,Chaldybar-Avtodorozhny, Ak-Zhol-Avtodorozhny, Ak-Tilek-Avtodorozhny,Tokmok-Avtodorozhny, Kenbulun-Avtodorozhny, Karkyra-Avtodorozhny (open from 8a.m. to 6 p.m.).

There are 4 railway (freight trains) and 5 road checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border:

Kyzyl-Kiya- Zheleznodorozhny, Kara-Suu- Zheleznodorozhny, Jalal-Abad- Zheleznodorozhny, Shamaldy-Sai-Zheleznodorozhny, Kyzyl-Kiya-Avtodorozhny,Madaniyat-Avtodorozhny (works from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.), Baimak-Avtodorozhny(from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border are temporarily closed by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Only citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan returning to their homeland, accredited employees of diplomaticmissions of both countries, international organizations and theirrepresentative offices located on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, members ofdelegations of foreign states and international organizations, as well asmembers of their families, persons who are subject to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of immigration of ethnic Kyrgyz can cross theKyrgyz-Tajik border, as well as the citizens of Tajikistan who study or work inthe educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic and minor children of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who have citizen ship of Tajikistan, subject todocumentary evidence of kinship.

       Citizens of Tajikistan are not allowed to enter the territory of Kyrgyzstan through third countries!

Five checkpointsare functioning with restrictions on the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border:

Kyzyl-Bel-Avtodorozhny, Kulundu-Avtodorozhny, Bor-Dobo-Avtodorozhny, Kairagach-Avtodorozhny, Karamyk- Avtodorozhny.

Checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Chinese border operate as usual: Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhny and Torugart-Avtodorozhny. Only vehicles, cargo and goods are passed through thecheckpoints. Checkpoints are open on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday are days off.
