Kyrgyzstan is the easiest country to visit in Central Asia. Unrestricted entry applies to citizens of more than 10 countries, including Russia and Japan. (Citizens of the Russian Federation can come to Kyrgyzstan with the internal passport).

The republic has a 60-day visa-free regime for citizens of more than 50 countries and there is a simplified visa regime for citizens of 26 more countries.

A visa to Kyrgyzstan can also be obtained remotely by sending an electronic application (e-visa).

Foreign citizens are allowed to enter the Kyrgyz Republic, stay on its territory and leave the republic with valid international passports.
