In Soviet times, the Republican Department of the Communist Party of the Kirghiz SSR was located in the White House. People's deputies of Kyrgyz Republic are currently working there.
The building of the White House is made in classicism style with elements of regionalism. Its lancet windows resembleancient arches.
Outside the White House is lined with light marble, inside - with white, black and burgundy granite, which was specially brought tothe republic from all over the USSR.
