The well-known throughout the country Issyk-Ata hydrogen sulfide thermal springs are located in the gorge. Issyk-Ata is the oldest health resort. There is an ancient Buddhaimage and many other attractions. It is believed that this place was the cradleof Buddhism in the region in the 12th -14th centuries.
